We are so excited for the 4th of July, Dustin and I love this holiday almost as much as Christmas! I love to BBQ, go to the parade, and watch the fireworks so we're really looking forward to next week, but for now here are a few shots of my little buddy that I took this week.

So my friend Jodi has the greatest salon and boutique called Blossom Salon, she has a shop in Mesa and in Showlow. She has so much style and always has the cutest clothes, purses and jewlrey for sale, not to mention Jodi is the best hair stylist I have ever been to. She works wonders on my hair! If you have not been there, you have to check it out! Im adding a link to the Blossom site so you can get a few ideas.

Much needed update

Ok so Im ticked! I just had a huge post all typed out and ready to publish and my computer had a glitch and lost everything geez! Now its after a 11 and Im not sure my brain will come up with all I had written before but I'll try. Anyway here we go. I cant believe its been a month sense I've posted. This Summer is already flying by. For Memorial day we went to Douglas to visit Dustins family. We had a good time, lots of yummy food! Carl can sure BBQ. Dustins Hatch Grandparents came and it was great to see them. I wish we lived closer to all of them, Ty really loves his Grandma DeAnn. The day we left to drive to Douglas it was snowing! What the heck how does this happen in the middle of MAY?? Crazy weather....Ty is 5 mouths old! Last week he had his 2nd round of shots and did much better this time. He only cried when they stuck him. He had his first taste of solid foods this week. so far he's had rice cereal and peas. His face was so funny when he tasted peas for the first time. he gaged and had shivers and made a totally sicked out face. It cracked me up. It took a couple feedings but he doesnt mind them now. He is so good with the spoon already, to be honest I thought it was going to be a way bigger mess, his diaper on the other hand! Wheeww now that was a mess! My little boy is not so little anymore. He weighs 14 pounds and is 25 inches long. He found his feet and cannot keep his toes out of his mouth. He loves to pinch and bite everything. I think this is going to be a problem, I can see some oweies and time outs in the Future. Yep I think my kiddo is going to be a biter! I'll have to nip that in the butt real quick. Dustin and I are doing great. We planted a garden a new lawn and some flowers so we've been outside working a ton lately. I love the evenings this time of year. it stays light outside till 8 and it is cool and has all the great smells of summer. I'll try to be better about posting. For now here are some May photos.
